Winding machines can be divided into many types according to different classification standards, mainly including semi-automatic winding machines, transformer winding machines, ring winding machines, brushless motor winding machines, etc.
Semi-automatic winding machine: This is the most widely used model at present, also known as CNC automatic winding machine. It can automatically arrange the wire, and has the advantages of high efficiency, easy maintenance, and high cost performance. Although an operator is required, its stability and reliability make it occupy an important position in production.
Transformer winding machine: It is mainly used for winding transformer coils, and the structural forms are horizontal and vertical. Modern models have automatic wire arrangement functions, which improves production efficiency and coil quality. Large transformers usually use vertical winding machines, using the dead weight of the coil to perform axial compression to ensure the stability and electrical performance of the coil.
Ring winding machine: It is mainly used for winding ring coils, and the common ones are side sliding type and belt type. This type of machine usually uses imported machine heads, which have high precision and durability, and are suitable for occasions requiring high-precision operations.
Brushless Motor Winding Machine: Classified according to purpose, configuration, winding method and number of stations. The general type is suitable for a variety of stator products, while the special type is for large quantities or customized products. In terms of configuration, the servo motor control system can provide higher accuracy and stability, while ordinary motors are lower in cost. The winding methods include needle inner winding and flying fork outer winding, which are suitable for different types of motor products.
