Universal Automatic Winding Machine

It is the core component of winding and is used to fix the winding frame or core of the reactor. It is usually driven by a high-precision motor, and the speed can be precisely controlled to meet the winding speed requirements of different reactors. For example, for large reactors, a lower speed may be required to ensure the winding quality; for small reactors, the speed can be appropriately increased to improve efficiency.

It is responsible for arranging the wires evenly on the winding frame or core in a predetermined manner. It achieves precise wire arrangement through precise transmission devices such as screws and guide rails, etc., in coordination with the rotation of the winding spindle. The pitch, direction and other parameters of the wire arrangement can be adjusted according to the design requirements of the reactor.

The system controls the wire tension to ensure that the wire tension remains stable during the winding process. It is composed of a tension adjustment device. Stable tension can make the wound coils tight and neat, and the wire is loose and the diameter of the wire package is too large. For example, the tension can be controlled by adjusting the braking force of the tension adjustment device on the pay-off reel.

It is the "brain" of the reactor winding machine and can realize human-machine interaction. The operator can set the number of winding turns, wire arrangement parameters, tension value, winding speed, etc. in the control system. The control system coordinates the work of the winding spindle, wire arrangement mechanism and tension control system according to these parameters to ensure the accuracy and stability of the winding process.
