Vacuum dipping equipment is mainly divided into the following categories:
Single-machine single-cylinder type: This type of equipment includes a round paint storage tank, a round dipping tank, a vacuum pump, a paint filter, a discharge buffer, a hanging basket, etc. The size of the dipping tank is φ1400×1000mm, and the height of the paint storage tank is less than 2500mm. The material thickness of the dipping tank and the paint storage tank is ≥8mm. The vacuum pump uses a 2X-30A rotary vane vacuum pump. When the dipping tank is evacuated, the vacuum degree should reach -0.095MPa within 6 to 7 minutes.
Vacuum pressure dipping equipment: This equipment places the workpiece to be dipped in a completely sealed container and evacuates it. The dipping liquid is injected into the workpiece by the pressure difference method, and a certain pressure is applied to make the dipping liquid thoroughly penetrate all the gaps of the workpiece. This equipment is suitable for insulation dipping treatment of power capacitors and electrical materials with high requirements such as high-voltage motor testing and transformers. The vacuum pressure impregnation equipment is equipped with multiple safety protection devices, and the cylinder cover is hydraulically opened and closed automatically.
Vacuum impregnation machine: This equipment puts the object to be impregnated into the cylinder, vacuums the negative pressure and maintains the pressure for a period of time, then presses the liquid in the storage barrel into the cylinder under the action of the atmosphere, and closes the liquid inlet pipe after reaching a certain height. The liquid in the cylinder is completely pressed out by adding positive pressure, and finally the excess liquid is removed by centrifugal drying.
