Setting and adjustment:
Wire type characteristics: According to the type of wire (such as self-adhesive wire, enameled wire, etc.), set the appropriate wire diameter. The outer skin of self-adhesive wire and enameled wire is not very smooth, so the wire diameter setting value needs to be increased. The winding speed of thin wire should not be too fast, and the speed of thick wire should not be too fast. It is necessary to ensure that the medium and low speed torque is sufficient.
Skeleton shape and wire arranging device height: The speed of the square skeleton should not be too fast to avoid uneven wiring. The height of the skeleton and the wire arranging device should be appropriate. If it is too low, it is easy to sink into the lower layer. If it is too high, there will be a jumper phenomenon. The outlet distance between the wire arranging device and the skeleton should not be too far to avoid affecting the accuracy of the wire arrangement coupling.
Operation steps:
Confirm that the electrical and compressed air are in place: Confirm whether the electrical and compressed air are in place before use. The winding machine can be operated after manual reset.
Safe operation: When the winding machine is running, the staff must not put their hands into the area between the skeleton trough and the loading tooling to avoid hurting their hands. The mold should be placed accurately. If it is not placed properly, press the pause button to ensure that it is installed correctly before starting.
Wire break handling: If the wire breaks during the winding process, press the pause button immediately to check whether the wire barrel is stuck, whether the tensioner is set properly, or whether the speed is too fast. After ensuring that there is no error, slowly wind the wire.
Emergency handling: In the event of a power outage or emergency, be sure to reset and re-clamp the wire before restarting. When changing the wire, make sure that the new wire is knotted with the old wire and pulled to the guide needle before starting to avoid burrs or foreign objects affecting the normal operation of the wire.
