Working Principle
First, put the workpiece to be dipped (such as motor windings, transformer coils, etc.) into the dip tank and close the tank door. Start the vacuum system to extract the air in the dip tank so that the tank reaches a certain vacuum degree. Then, the insulating paint is transported to the dip tank through the paint delivery system. Since the tank is in a vacuum state, the insulating paint quickly penetrates into various parts of the workpiece under the action of pressure difference. After the dip is completed, it can be soaked for a certain period of time according to the process requirements to fully fill the paint liquid. After that, the excess paint liquid is drained and the vacuum system is started again to remove the bubbles remaining on the surface of the workpiece. Finally, the heating and drying system is used to solidify the insulating paint on the workpiece to form a solid insulating layer.
